When the water is added all the powdered peptide is not dissolving – why?

My peptide vial appears empty—why?
Our peptides are supplied as lyophilized powder without fillers. At 2–10 mg, the material can appear as a tiny pellets or cluster of powder on the glass. This is normal. Each lot is accurately weighed during filling and verified.
There’s a problem with my order—how do I get help?

Include: Your name, email, and order number A brief description of the issue (missing/incorrect/damaged) Clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and any vial labels/lot numbers. Do you provide reconstitution or dosing instructions?
No. We do not provide guidance on reconstitution, dosing, or administration. Use is restricted to laboratory research.
